The Perp Walk Continues
Kevin Salwen on Ethics

Congrats to Dennis Kozlowski, the former CEO of Tyco, who now joins Bernie Ebbers and John Rigas in the Chief Executive Hall of Shame. Kozlowski was sentenced today to between 8 1/3 years and 25 years in New York state prison, and ordered to pay $167 million in fines and restitution for stealing from the company and defrauding shareholders.

Sorry to keep asking this question, but when will boards of directors start paying as much attention to values as to the earnings per share?
