For Love or Money
Anita Sharpe on Passionate Work
If you ever listen to Clark Howard's radio show (or are familiar with this books), you know that he is all about money -- getting and keeping as much as possible. So it was interesting listening to his take this past week on Money magazine's list of worst-paying jobs requiring expensive education or training. A few examples:
*Archaeologist: $38,620 a year
*Chef: $9.86-$19.13 an hour
*University Researcher: $35,520-$67,420 annually
Where did the man behind the 'consumer empowerment zone' come down on passion versus paycheck?
'It's important to do what you love.' (Just don't run up too many school loans in the process.)
