Thought for the Day: Tuesday
Anita Sharpe on Passionate Work

'Students shouldn't be taught merely to chase business or marketing opportunities. We should be producing entrepreneurs who are passionate about their own business and eager to devise a way to make it excellent. The goal has got to be from the heart; you've got to really believe in what you're doing. And then carrying it out becomes automatic, like breathing. Nearly effortless.' -- Chef Charlie Trotter

'The goal has got to be from the heart; you've got to really believe in what you're doing.'

And yet, what if every single person around you tells you are crazy, inexperienced, and don't really know what you're talking about? The already-successful always say, 'There will always be naysayers' and to some extent, that's true. But it's very hard to always tilt at windmills, no matter how deeply-fervent your belief is.
