Learning to be interesting
David Weinberger on Culture

I find this fascinating: Cisco has an Executive Thought Leadership program that does original research in order to help its representatives - executives, sales folks, etc. - engage in conversations with customers, etc. It's not some set of phony talking points. It's articles and studies on industry topics. It's not even Cisco-centric. Why? Because they want to help make their representatives more interesting and be better able to have interesting conversations.
